Accessibility Statement

Last updated: August 2026

Operator: Daylyf Ltd Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom Company number: 17374540 Contact: support@daylyf.com

Our commitment

Daylyf is committed to making our mobile app and website accessible to as many people as possible, including those with disabilities. We aim to make our products perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust — broadly aligned with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.

We actively work to improve accessibility as we develop new features. This statement covers the Daylyf mobile app (iOS and Android) and the daylyf.com marketing and legal website.

How accessible we are right now

We know that some parts of our service are not yet fully accessible. Known limitations as of August 2026:

Daylyf mobile app

  • Some interactive elements may not carry adequate labels for screen readers. We are working to add missing accessibility labels as part of ongoing development.
  • The in-app camera capture screen relies on visual framing guides and may not work well with all screen reader navigation modes.
  • High-contrast and bold-text modes on iOS and Android are not yet formally tested against all screens.

daylyf.com website

  • The interactive cookie consent banner is keyboard-accessible but has not been tested with all assistive technologies.
  • Some images may be missing descriptive alt text. We are auditing this as part of our content review.
  • The site is not yet tested against NVDA or VoiceOver in a structured audit.

We intend to address these issues progressively and to commission a formal accessibility audit before full public launch.

What we're doing about it

  • Adding accessibility labels to interactive elements with each app release.
  • Reviewing and adding alt text to images on the website.
  • Planning a formal WCAG 2.2 AA audit as part of our pre-launch review.
  • Testing keyboard navigation on the website.

How to report an accessibility barrier

If you find a part of Daylyf that you cannot access, or that you find difficult to use, please tell us:

  • Email: support@daylyf.com with subject "Accessibility"
  • Or: privacy@daylyf.com if it concerns your personal data and accessibility needs

We will acknowledge your report within 5 business days and aim to resolve or provide a workaround within 30 days.

Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) at equalityadvisoryservice.com or the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) at equalityhumanrights.com.

Technical information

The Daylyf app is built with React Native (Expo). The daylyf.com website is built with standard HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. We aim for WCAG 2.2 Level AA compliance on a progressive basis.
